Activity –

Your Cadets command has plans to conduct marksmanship training and qualification opportunities for the NLCC/NSCC marksmanship ribbon for your cadet. This event will be conducted in a controlled environment with all possible safety features and procedures observed and enforced by the officers of your cadet’s command.

Authorization –

By my signature below I hereby represent myself as a parent or legal guardian of cadet

I acknowledge that I have read the information listed above and the Parent’s Information Form that was posted on the command website or it has been provided to me by other sources. I therefore, understand the activity my cadet will be presented and I grant permission to the Officer and Instructors for either Halsey Battalion or Training Ship Boyington to permit my child to participate in the activity of Marksmanship Qualification.
